What's the best way to care for my candle?
  • Burn for 2 hours the first time. Your candle has a memory and if you allow it to tunnel the first time, it will continue to follow the same path.
  • Make sure your wick is 1/4" inches long before each burn.
  • Only burn for 2-3 hours at a time.
  • Never leave candles unattended while burning; avoid drafts and flammable items.
What is your process time on orders?
Once an order is placed, there is a 24-48 hour processing time. Orders are shipped out Monday to Friday.  
I just placed my order, when will I receive it?
Most domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. 
I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

However, I always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact me at if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.

My address is incorrect on my order, how do I fix it?

If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email me immediately at so I can adjust it before shipping out your order!
